The first of a “family” of pizzerias that would focus on combining architecture with great artisan pizzas. Tutta Bella decided that their restorantes should be an extension of one’s home when dining at their pizzerias. Castanes Architects was chosen not only for the many residences and knowledge of how families grow but also because Jim Castanes had lived in Naples for many years and learned to appreciate a Margarita Pizza the same way the owner of Tutta Bella, Joe Fugere had.
Stoneway was the largest restorante that Tutta Bella had done with many complex code issues. Castanes Architects concept was to create a “piazza” with overhead string lights. The open atmosphere with special emphasis on the wood burning ovens is a gathering spot for many families in the surrounding neighborhoods.
